Does using Odoo studio recommended from a project production standpoint? or should I stick with the manual development? can I export the application that I created with the init, manifest, models, views etc. just like how I do when on development?
Greetings. Yes is Odoo studio there are going to be quite a few limitations and I'm afraid you may have hit one of them. Likely you can get there with Odoo Studio / Developer mode but part of the issue is not having any re-usability for the solution. In other words you could hack up the xml and probably bind a button to a server action and get a result, but I would strongly advice making a more traditional odoo module to handle this sort of operation.
