Ice Jacking. Incredible Force.

When water is frozen into ice, its volume expands with a extreme strength. That force is able to break pipes and even boats. In geology this is called ice jacking and is responsible of a form of rock erosion.
In this video, a plumbing fitting bursts because of the expansion of the ice when water if freezing.

Adding salt to the ice, wil take it to a much lower temperature🥶, and this mixture is also know as "the freezing mixture"(who's temperature could be below -23°C, and that's really freezing cool)
