Childish Dad reminds me of this boy I knew in high school back in 2007 named Wally. Wally would throw a massive tantrum like a toddler whenever someone said that they hated Mega Man, Chowder or 4Kids dubbed anime.
I forgot to mention that Wally was 15 at the time; yet he acted like a 2 year old.

@@loganstueck7388Wally was mentally challenged (he had down syndrome and FASD) and he always used his intellectual disabilities, along with his autism as an excuse to throw temper tantrums and falsely accuse people of ableism whenever he didn't get his way, whenever anyone said that his favorite things were babyish or whenever someone told him that they hate the stuff that he likes, when someone said STD instead of STI (he believed that saying STD was an ableist slur towards mentally challenged people and actually believed that it was a hate crime to say STD) and when my friend called him a pervert when he was caught staring at her chest. A lot of students who were in the special ed classrooms hated Wally for his immaturity (including my friend's cousin Lauren, who had down syndrome and was hearing impaired) and would scold him for throwing tantrums over the most ridiculous reasons.

And I went to Goodwill a few times that year, and I found that playset Dave begged Catherine for.
