A great idea to create a settlement in a place where there are extensive decent-quality buildings already existing. Yes there is the security threat of the Super Mutants at the satelite array. But decent fencing and turrets should cope with those well enough. Love the way you have incorporated your additions into the existing structures pretty seamlessly. Those small apartments are a great idea for giving settlers "personal" space.
Yeah, I'm gonna pretend that after the soul survivor kills all the super mutants, they stay dead. In any case, there's a bunch of turrets aimed that way lol.

The GECK Project mod settlement build areas are massive. You can essentially put a bunch of settlements in one large area. The only trouble is that the game freaks out when you have too many settlers. So you cant have two big settlements in one build area.

If only Bethesda had appreciated the potential of their own product you wouldn't have to tank your fps playing like this being vanilla and not utterly modded to oblivion... Nice work, though!
FPS seems to be a general Bethesda issue lol. I am appreciative to them for being modder friendly though. Providing the creation kit to help creators build on what they started is cool...despite the foibles.
