Mini Baking Kitchen - Episode 1 - Super Simple Peanut Butter Cookies

This is a super simple cookie recipe that has saved me many days when I need both a Sugar and Peanut Butter Fix!!!!

The ingredients are the following
1 cup of Sugar
1 cup of Peanut Butter
1 medium egg

Tools
1 foil pan (dollar tree $1.25)
1 fork (dollar tree set of 3 $1.25)
Measuring cup (dollar tree $1.25)
Spatula ( target cookware)

Steps to create cookie
1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
2. Flour hands
3. Form balls out of mixture until all gone
4. Dip fork in four
5. Press fork in X pattern on top of balls
6. Bake cookies on 350 for 12 minutes
7. Let cool for 5 minutes
