I’ve started aligning myself with that quote. Had been going for wins by playing cautiously and decided I wasn’t gonna get good if I didn’t challenge myself. Over the course of two months my win rate skyrocketed and my overall movement and performance reached levels that, while definitely not unheard of, I thought I’d never play at. Lesson of it is: play the game like your dick smacks your kneecaps when you walk and eventually you will be that good
