Hi, thanks for the video. I naturally find a wide stance with toes out stance more comfortable. I can't find any information on hip mecanics specifically relating to pistol squats, most just Tell you to work on hip stabalisation and mobility. Perhaps you could you could shed some light on the topic, are some of us not designed to pistol squat or is It something we can all achieve safely ?
