In this video I talk about my timeline and symptoms.
After returning from hospital my wife provided day-to-day care for the first week as I had lost 1/2 a stone and a substantial amount of muscle mass which made it very difficult for me to walk.
If suffering with covid it’s important to remain optimistic and not panic as this can assist with your recovery, overall well-being and mindfulness.
I was fortunate enough to overcome this virus but do not take it lightly so it’s best to assume you have it to prevent the spread...
