So he was a normal boy for 12 years so fast forward to 13 years old where he moves with his parents to a new place, now we all know you are nervous when you move to new places so he moved with his parents and his brother, Liu Woods.
Jeff and Liu encounter three bullies threatening them with knives.
Jeff beats the bullies up and Liu takes charge to the assault so he would go to jail and not Jeffrey.
Guilt-ridden and depressed at having let Liu take the charges, Jeff’s day gets even worse when he meets the bullies again and is horribly burnt in alcohol and bleach. This burning results in Jeff being permanently disfigured his skin bleached white physically while his mind “snaps”.
Upon being discharged for some reason (his doctors apparently attributing Jeff’s insane behavior to the painkillers Jeff is taking) Jeff arrives home and proceeds to make a bad situation worse by purposely mutilating his already disfigured face,cutting a permanent smile on his face,and burning off his eyelids so he can “always see his face”
