The aerial Pigeon's control/stability caught me off guard. I honestly expected it to go wheels-up and crash as soon as it left the ground. EDIT-- Something along the lines of what the tanker did. 😀
It looks like suspension travel causes some of the shake. Watch the suspension on the monster cop as it's flying. Maybe cars with looser suspension or high wheel travel make the thrusters shake because the shocks.
