I wish you build some easy ship from Artesania, step by step with explanation for nobs like me. I would follow your avices and build my own. How do you like this idea ?
It is very difficult to make videos step by step while building a ship model. Also i do not like the easy models ,i prefer the elite series ,big size (90cm - 120 cm) because they have lots of details and they give me a challenge. I'm sorry if you are disappointed, don't be, you have to start from an easy model and you have to make mistakes, otherwise you won't learn. Start a model and if you'll need any help let me know.
Soak the wood a little longer so it doesn't break so quickly, and makes bendind much easier. Also, any 50/50 water/ammonia mix will bend the wood with no problem

I wonder if i could try this but with a hair iron. Would the temperture be enough to slowly dry the wood🤔
To dry it yes , to bend it i doubt that. You might get a small curve but for big ones you need heat.

Can you do this with a tip of a glue gun instead of hot iron???
The tip has a small surface and a big angle, you will get your wood strips to bend and also twist.
