In Nigeria, wearing dreads does not speak well of an Individual, you know what to do, you do not need a validation for that. Dreads can be done at any time.

You know the course you would like to study and how much you can afford for tuition. www.study.gov.pl has all the universities in Poland, you can vary your options with what each university offer and then select the one that stands out to you.
