I was there!!! Best concert ever in my life... and I've been in quite a few concerts ... I've seen these guys 4 times, last time in 2015 in Sydney ... but this was the best, probably in the peak of their long rocking years. Dog eat dog was a surprise ... one of my favorites of all time ... they just smashed it!!!!!

It wasn't played specifically for the DVD, it was played for almost half of the Black Ice World Tour.
They started the Tour in '08, they added Dog Eat Dog and Shot Down In Flames early on into the tour.Eventually, they dropped Anything Goes from the setlist. (it was played for all the '08 dates and a large amount of shows in '09) In 2010, (when they came to Australia,which was when you saw them), they dropped Dog Eat Dog as well,and added High Voltage.So, pretty much, it was played quite a bit.

Yes they played it at River Plate (Buenos Aires) especially for the DVD but I went to the Sydney and Gold Coast tours in Australia and they never played and I know a lot of other places they didn't play it at aswell .

You can say much about Phil, but his timing and rythem is amazing, much like a prime Peter Criss from kiss. Maybe not the best drummers in the world, but deliver 10/10 on every song, every night.

It was played for the second half of the Black Ice Tour, they just didn't play it on The Stiff Upper Lip Tour or the '03 mini tour.
