My name is Josh Paradee, I was the Canvass/Marketing Manager there for 3-4 years and built their Canvassing division from scratch. I cant tell you how many times I’ve watched that 2.5 hour lead generation/canvass training video you created. Amazing stuff! However I now am in the Sales Department at a home remodeling company back East in Delaware. Ive watched a lot of your videos and subscribed to help with my training. However, the only video I feel like is missing would be “Handling Cancellations or Right to Rescission”. Ive been doing sales now for 2 months, mainly selling Roofing and today I had to deal with my first cancellation.
