I'm a MASSIVE Crysis fan and seeing ppl giving it that much attention brings joy to my heart the footage, the editing, the background sound tracks and your explanation all is absolutely FLAWLESS! That helmet in the trailer looks more like the first generation Nanosuit, which makes me think that last text log from "Crysis 3" of "We found him! We found Nomad!" is coming true.

I always assumed that it was Nomad we saw (or didn't quite see) herding the directors to Psycho in the final scene in Crysis 3
I almost cried when I got the news that we are getting crysis 4. Only those who have played every game of the series will understand.
Played Only Some Intro of Crysis 1, Played 90% of Crysis 2 since Last part was corrupted on My PC but watched the Last Part on YT, Played Crysis 3 Fully and Finished it Twice, Now Hoping to Play Crysis 4 :). Personally, My Fav is Crysis 2. Love the NYC in Crysis 2.
It may be just symbolic, representing “The Fall Of the Hero” or something like that.

@@m-umar-amir yah crysis 2 was good but I prefer crysis 3 the battle machanic, weapons and gameplay is much better in my opinion. Just a bit disappointed in graphics.

i grew up playing crysis 2 and later 3, played the 1st one recently, liked all of them, so to finally know that a 4th installment is coming has me excited

@@bearjuncture no, in 3 we can see the corpse of a nanosuit soldier in the skinning lab, if that one wasn’t destroyed they may have kept psychos suit, and besides CELL was interested in building their own suits so it’s possible that they kept his intact for research, prophet became one with his suit, so it technically wasn’t destroyed, it just melded with prophets body

Possibly, but if they are smart crytek will actually put in effort since they know crysis is what got them money in the first place, it’s too early to say though, besides hunt showdown is getting them some revenue, and that game ain’t bad, so they’re doin something right

Great analysis ! I think we can see the sun having a huge solar burst, then the light particles devastating the nanosuit AND the buildings, i can see a duality between the nanosuit's elements and building getting destroyed by the same event. Then the suit evolves and rebirths. At the end we can see the '' 4 '' tinted in orange, the color shown for the sun: will the suit integrate this solar power?
At the end of Crysis 3, I thought the Ceph would come back through a wormhole again, but this time Prophet would be the one going through the wormhole and kick some squid ass once more !!

Nomad will return but he is not the main protagonist in the sequel. It will be Prophet and the two who is Psycho who has now a nanosuit back from CELL and Nomad will show up probably in the middle of the game helping Prophet stop the full force Ceph invasion from their HOMEWORLD.

Looks like we gonna have a new protagonist in Crysis 4. Either it's NOMAD who got resurrected by his nanosuit 1.0 or a brand new character. Either way this is going to be GREAT!

@@j.p3701 I doubt psycho would put on a suit again. If I remember correctly, he was traumatized by the extreme pain/lethal risk of his suit being taken off.

There is about 20 years gap in the time line between Crysis 2 and 3, so it's perfect oportunity to make a prequel or they can also show us events between Crysis and Crysis 2.
The Vtol in the trailer reminded me of Psycho somehow surviving in the end of Crysis 3.

Great sound, great music track, good story, great textures, great gameplay - I"m 100% in! Even without RT it still looks better than most games with RT IMHO. The textures make things more realistic than reflections which make the games more 3D IMHO. I'm just as about as interested in what's new in the engine as I am the new game. The first Crysis was the only game to make me feel like I could justify a new video card. Perhaps this game will as well.
I think the nanites are rebuilding a hero we already played. Could it be rebuilding Alcatraz?

The helmet looks like the crysis 1 helmet and near the end (when the 4 appears) you can hear the crysis 1 theme faintly. So it's more likely Nomad.

Also a fun little detail. Ceph have time travel technology, so we might even see Nomad come back.

It would be cool if we played as Prophet during the prologue and we’re attempting to fix Alcatraz, and then we get to choose who we play as.
Each personality would have different passives and skills they can get.
It’d be interesting to hear them converse with each other/other people and it would offer replayability.

This is about Nomad who was MIA or missing in action as was designated in crysis warhead i think or crysis 1. The nanosuit evolved just like prophet's by maintaing contact and constant synchronization with other suits and the world events that affected.

We could get a new protagonist or a comeback of Nomad, since he is still alive, imo Prophet's story ended in Crysis 3, he fallen back into "normal" life, altought now he is capable of shapeshifting since the nanites and the suit can turn into any from imaginable, even Ceph, in covert mission it would really OP alongside the stealth, in a way thats why i don't think Prophet is gonna come back as the protagonist, that and in the end it stated "Join the journey, become the Hero." Prophet is already joined one and done it, and already is a hero, even Nomad is a hero, this is further solidife the probability of a new protagonist. Maybe Prophet can return as an NPC like Crysis 1 and mentor the player. CELL has been even reformed by Tara, since she has became a Senator and CEO of CELL, and in fact CELL still remained in power as a multinational government, beign senator is maybe the highest ranking member of the Board of Directors, and owner of all that is CELL, they and she damn well know that without Nano-Operatives they would lose against the Ceph, literally Crysis 2 and 3 was about that normal humans can't fight effectively against the Ceph at all. Maybe the new character will be a CELL Nano-Operative who fallen into the "Grand Plans" and happenings and he will be the only chance of survival.

LOL Jezus EA... the first one was just plain EPIC and wars built on the weapons and other items, but give it up already. Either give me a multiplayer experience for the recent C1 remaster or I'm taking my ball and going home.
I can't stop coming back for the unique multiplayer experience (now fan maintained) even after 15 years.
The second was okay and somewhat worth playing, but I never enjoyed the multiplayer.
The third was garbage... I won't buy a 4th. Well, not that I bought the 1st, Wars, or 3rd anyway if ya know what I mean (wink wink nudge nudge)
