What is the max size of suitcase we can carry on train from airport to hotel ?
Hi we brought the medium size
Not sure if there is a maximum size
A number of reviews indicate the rooms are smelly and moulded, the staff reluctantly change the rooms but no improvement on the smell and moulds. Some decided to leave early but the staff refused to refund the fee paid. Are you sure these problems have been rectified?
I do not own the hotel. It is not my problem

From Airport take Train to Tanah Merah (2 stops) then transfer to the East West Train line going to Lavender station (11 stops)

Hi how long does it take to travel from changi airport to this hotel and to marina bay and universal studios? Its showing 5hrs in train? I hope its not true
Changi airport to hotel is 45 minutes only
To maria bay probably 20mins, universal 30-45 mins
