Hi Bruce purchased one yesterday I had the merger but found them too bulky for stalking and had 3 faults had to be sent . Got a good deal on it in Scotland so hopefully have it by the end of the week I tried to find a set of the accolades pro but there discontinued by far the best thermal binos I have used 3 seasons between guiding on sika and fox control night after night foxing never let me down I moved with the times to keep up with thermals I changed my mergers were back 3 times for faults hopefully the Telos will be back on track for me
I was impressed with the Telos, we used it a lot in Scotland in all weather conditions and it gave really good images but I would play with the contrast and brightness control settings to get the best image on the Amoled screen.
Good review, thanks. How well do they work in day light, I’m stalking fallow deer in Australia in very thick bush and can be hard to spot a fallow doe at the best of times. Thinking this might help identifying hot spots and wether it’s a deer or wallaby?
