why is the weight of the belt not taken into consideration if the normal force is taken into consideration and the friction force which depends upon weight is taken into consideration?
Bcz brother, this not a surface contact, it is point contact. If I m consider weight of pulley as well as belt weight then also consider support reaction of pulley.
