Today when I was going to work, the scooter lost power, but when I stopped, I saw that the display and the ignition were still on, but the accelerator did not work. i can tell u that mate! when u use the throttle at 30 % battery it shows you, if u hold this acceleration u get this far . but if you now take your throttle at 70% it shows you how long u can get at 70% throttle, sorry for my bad english !!
@@husse843 Translation 3 years later = If you hold your acceleration at 100% the voltage will drop as your sucking more juice and will show you how far you can travel at 100% throttle. If you hold it at 50% throttle instead of 100%, it’ll change and calculate the new distance you can travel based upon power consumption being used from pulling down on the throttle. Lighter throttle = less juice being sucked out = more distance available to travel before battery dies.
@@modzmetropolis9558 actually there are no calculations or anything fancy, the reason the bars drop is because they are based on current voltage if you are using the throttle you are putting load which drops the voltage

I managad to figured that out myself it took me a while , 1. turn the scooter on and enter the password you have so it will go into the on state. 2. hold power button and mode button together (you'll get a popup for a password) 3. enter "1111" 4. it will ask for a password again this time enter "0000" 5. this will now make your scooter without password and should allow you to turn it on and off without pass. if you need help go ahead and PM me,i can always make a video if needed.
What do to if the charger light don't turn from red to green even though the step is fully charged (i can see that on my screen and my voltage is 65. I have a 60V). Can it do damage to my battery? Thanks!
Does electronic braking on this actually work? I didn’t see any difference when I tested it up on the chair so the wheels can freely move and I didn’t notice any difference after letting go of acceleration whether electronic braking actually works, I went through level 1 to 5 in P11 and didn’t see any difference
Ahh I can confirm it does work. Once you get up to higher speeds and you pull the brake lever lightly the regen brake kicks in and you can hear the motor whine

go in to the p menue and volt on my scooter not zero i can adjust the cut off higher and when it cuts i have spare power to take me home like a reserve fuel tank WARNING don adjust it lower you wil have more range yes but it can damage the battery

Hi falcon I really hope you can help me as my vendor isn't being very helpful :( So I bought a mercane mx60. I tried to unlock the full speed and I believe I made a mistake as the settings are different now. P18 only used to go to 100, now it goes to 150. I am wondering. Could I have accidentally programmed it for a different scooter? Althought I have changed the speeds it feels slower and more sluggish than when I first got it and the speed (p8) was set to 35 :( Also, sometimes when I turn it on or press buttons I get a red exclamation! And a "e" comes up then goes away. Sometimes I set the settings and they will change on their own. You cannot simply buy any display, they have to be synced with your controller. Go back to the person you bought from

check ur controller voltage...if 36v ....in P3...change to 36.....

hello. what is the expected range for the 10x in a dual engine mode and speed between 40kmh and 55kmh?

@@kindzius thank you for sharing. can I reconfirm. you have a zero 10x and with double engine on and aggressive riding you only do 20km on a full charge ? and you reach 50km in which driving mode? single engine low speed with ECO off?
I do 30km in dual engine. and 45 in ECO mode. I have complained to shop they said is below standards. they sent me another battery I changed but is exactly the same. now waiting for a resolution

Yes,I have 10x with dual engine and if you drive agressive with both engines I get 20 km,if you drive with one engine 95% and use both engines when you want to climb to hills you will get about 50km speed about 25-30 km/h.
P.S. my weight is 98 kg
I’ve gotten 83km out of a charge around Perth (Australia). It was very relaxed riding on cycle ways going slow. Was a great days cruise along beaches, rivers and cycle ways🤘 I’m 98kg
Can anyone help me. I got this LCD and controller. I got 3 modes.
But I need to start slowly. Why is it not possible to change speed? Why is is only 3 speed settings? It makes no sense.
what does it mean cut off voltage? and why mine set to 39? (P15)
it means the lowest battery voltage that the controller can support.

Never mind, just found it. It is 48V and the cutoff is set to 39.

when i enter programming mode i get an S0 message and it asks me to input a 4 digit code. any ideas what is the default code? help would be appreciated
it's 6666 for programming... don't type 1111 as you will have to set your power on password...i forgot mine :( i'm locked out.

I brought my 10x from you guys So happy!!
I had a full charge on the scooter and completed a 4 mile ride and then turned it off.
I returned later the same day and turned the scooter on to find the battery Barr apparently was empty and was flashing with the red warning triangle next to it..

I messed with the programming stuff and i almost died on it. Is there any way to reset it to factory settings or something? Scooter wouldnt stop and brakes are really violent. Please help!!!

Hi falcon I really hope you can help me as my vendor isn't being very helpful :(
So I bought a mercane mx60. I tried to unlock the full speed and I believe I made a mistake as the settings are different now. P18 only used to go to 100, now it goes to 150.
I am wondering. Could I have accidentally programmed it for a different scooter?
Althought I have changed the speeds it feels slower and more sluggish than when I first got it and the speed (p8) was set to 35 :(
Also, sometimes when I turn it on or press buttons I get a red exclamation! And a "e" comes up then goes away.
Sometimes I set the settings and they will change on their own.
It is a really heavy scooter and now it barely moves in single motor
