🥨 Tomato Egg Bread
▫️Grill cherry tomatoes and baby spinach with a pinch of salt.
▫️Toast the bread until it’s golden and place it on a plate.
▫️Top it with the grilled cherry tomatoes and baby spinach.
▫️Add a fried egg on top and sprinkle with some pepper.
▫️Serve with your favorite jam and fruits.
