I just moved here in Melb this year as Temporary Resident. Planning for PR in 3 yrs time. Ipon ipon habang nag aantay. At first i had doubt if capable ba kami to buy house & lot, knowing the prices here in Melb 😬. We dont have 20% cash on hand hahaha. but seeing your video, it gives me idea and confidence that we can do it too. 🎉 your story will be our ‘pattern’ moving forward 😂
