One of my fondest childhood memories is of the Easter Bunny Cake (Good Housekeeping - with the dyed coconut) that my Mom baked for my birthdays (in April so it falls on or near Easter). We had the magazine article for many, many years tucked in one of our cookbooks. Such happy memories! 🐰💛

I always keep my yeast in the cupboard and it works fine 😂
I think if it's in sachets it's fine but if it's a tub then opened it's supposed to go in the fridge 🤷🏻♀️ but as long as it works who cares right!

On american videos i watch they do keep their flours and yeast in freezer indefinately ! Years 😂good idea if you have the freezer room .Lizzie
