Positive affirmations for pregnancy are very powerful and can help you feel calmer and more confident as your baby bump grows. It can be helpful to repeat the positive pregnancy affirmations back to yourself in your mind after I say them. You can also listen to this pregnancy meditation and write down the pregnancy affirmations that you like most and display them around your home. The series of affirmations is repeated 3 times. This allows the energy from the words to be absorbed more deeply into your mind and body, maximizing their positive effects.
