This Judge told defense Lawyer that he ddnt attend a certain university. He also told another defense lawyer that English is a problem with her. Accused didn't sleep for more than 35 hours and he was taken to confess. IO said a police car 🚗 is a safest place to sleep in. So called confession was admitted. Shuuu😮. This case is a painful comedy. Accused had, allegedly everything, no mandate with lawyer that he had, lawyer was given to him 😭😔.

I have been following this case and it seems like they are in a sherbeen and not court or professional environment. Worse in case seen by the public.

I do not know what informs the BLA to approach the judge during court proceedings. Are they saying that they or the judge would maintain Chinese walls? Why would the public not believe that ghe BLA is not trying to influence the judge. Why not approach the JP or any relevant organisation.

The defense lawyers have to be called out if they are deviating from the law. It's so unfortunate that he made that statement out of his frustration and he apologized for that. For me these lawyers in Senzo Meyiwa's case are just incompetent and most of the time they play delay tactics.

I wish the JP can observe the pattern of behaviour of Judge Ratha. He is very biased and want to school the defense team as if they are preschool learners. He rarely give them a chance to explain. This Judge told defense Lawyer that he ddnt attend a certain university. He also told another defense lawyer that English is a problem with her. Accused didn't sleep for more than 35 hours and he was taken to confess. IO said a police car 🚗 is a safest place to sleep in. So called confession was admitted. Shuuu😮. This case is a painful comedy. Accused had, allegedly everything, no mandate with lawyer that he had, lawyer was given to him 😭😔.
