- Time for part 2 of 3 where i show my collection of jazz-45s. In this part it is focused on more modern jazz from the 40s to 60s, which means bebop, cool and hardbop!

Hello Jorgen,
Nice to see you again. Boy did you show some classic jazz singles. That Earthy single looks cool. Solid list artists. The Musings of Miles single has the exact same cover as the full length. I never saw the 7" before. I would say that you have the most Stan Getz and Gerry Mulligan. Thanks for sharing them all Brother J. It definitely narrows down the styles of jazz and the go-to artists that you really dig. I dig a lot of them too~
Rob/Boston
Hi Brother R,
Sorry for the late response. Well, Getz and Mulligan are the most common artists to find around here and i get happy everytime i do find them.
I wouldn't mind to find the full album of that Musings of Miles one day. Thanks for watching and take care! :)
hi jorgen, how is everything? i have not been keeping up to date on my you tube subscriptions to well lately, anyway, you have a fantastick collection of your jazz EPs and singles. these were all very delightful to see as i don't think i have ever come across these when out looking for records. great and classic jazz artists for sure and all those picture sleeves were very attactive. you really do have a beautiful collection of jazz and it shows! this was very enjoyable to watch, hope all is good and that you are safe and well, thank you for sharing some of your tremendous jazz records! take care, rob
Hi Rob - Sorry for the late response. Good to hear from you again! I'm very proud of my collection. It is interesting and surprisingly that jazz-EPs seems to be that hard to find over there. Thanks for watching and take care! :)
Jorgen. That is a great collection I do a great deal of thrifting and have never found much in the way of jazz. But occasionally a Diamond will pop out. Well done enjoyed the video.
Hi Tony - thanks for the words. The collection has grown through the years and it is fun to take look like this in the collection and see what it have become. Thanks for watching and take care! :)
Hardbop?? What's that? Must be kinda like swing music. I tell ya, when you buy these records they sure you give a lot to read on the back of the sleeves. "Milt Jackson 5"?? Now wait a minute!!
Sorry for the late response. Hardbop is bebop with even less melodies and more improvisations.
Yeah, sometimes with very small letters also so it is a little tough to read some times. Thanks for watching and take care! :)
