    No hate because Japanese wrestling is S tier but those are some of the worst pull ups I’ve ever seen

      Isometric restricted rom focused maybe? Producing results exactly for the demands of wrestling ?

      @ maybe, now that I think of it though the cameraman probably just caught them when their form had degraded due to fatigue

      The goal is not hypertrophie what you make with slow and full range of motion repetition their goal is to increase strength and explosiveness that's why the doing short pull ups with isometric holds
