- Alisa Sadikova - 9 years old harpist - performs A. Hasselmans - Fileuse.
May 2012, Düsseldorf, Germany
Dear fellow harpists, since the innovative teaching methods I developed work so well with my students (see this video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=pqLcW..., I decided it is time to share my teaching help with the larger circle of interested people:
harpschool.de/ Видеоклипы
I commented about two years ago on this video and I still find this so amazing. It's not just the fact she plays the notes so perfectly but the way she plays them. I've never seen a harpist play quite the way she does. I can't even describe it. Bless this child and may we see many more videos of her over the coming years as she grows up and becomes the best harpist in the world.
We are truly blessed that God gave Alisa to this world...
I totally agree with you! :-)
Her phrasing and musicianship is gorgeous! I Love listening to her play
That was one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen.
Oh my, she is just getting better!! Bless her for sharing her talent with us!
She is very extraordinary, this music is very hard to play, and she played it very good with intensiv feeling for this music, and she is only 9 years old when she played it.
Very spezial and talented little girl!!!
wow, speechless. She is amazing!
She is so awesome, I can't wait to see another video
Thank You! :-) You can listen to all Alisa's recording on my account here: ruclips.net/user/harpviovideos?view_as=subscriber
and on my web site: harpschool.de/alisa-sadikova/
Sincerely,
Alisa's teacher, Olga Shevelevich
Omg I almost cried when those bass notes comes in.. She is amazing
Oh my gosh that is amazing. She is incredible!
This is really really impressive! And I'm not saying this because she is 9. I am saying this because this is straight up hard. A rising star? This is a star.
Amazing how her musicality is catching up to her technique at only 10. Imagine how she is going to sound after living through her teens! Very Lovely!
Yes, it's a full concert harp with 46 strings (Russian model of harp is just a little smaller then the Lyon and Healy). And Alisa had used pedal extensions until she was 10 years old.
Superb and very moving.
Absolutely brilliant, heavenly indeed! Blessings from Florida USA!
I am in Shock! - Wow, this is one precious little girl with rare talent. Keep it up as your playing makes me feel so at peace :)
Very beautiful ! Bravo Alisa.
any comment is superfluous ... great maturity of sound, expressiveness out of the ordinary. congratulations Alisa! you are an example for all the kids who study music
So wonderful!
If one believes in angels playing harps in heaven then God must have sent one of them to Earth for our listening pleasure. This girl is absolutely amazing.
I play piano, guitar, organ, flute, cello, violin, viola, and more instruments I love music good luck all the people that love music
no her harp has 46 strings and is quite smaller than concert grands. cg harps have 47 strings and usually a extended soundboard. check out lyon and healy harps if you are curious :)
When I saw the "9 year old" part, I was expecting this to be far below what you can hear from an adult harpist. I was so wrong, she plays it just as well, it's amazing. The only thing is that one can hear the pedals, but well she is so small compared to the harp X)
I can't begin to imagine how far she will go if she keeps playing :)
Thank you very much! She keeps playing. :-) And You can even see how far Alisa has come now: ruclips.net/video/DlqrsxnjYcs/видео.html
In a word - WOW!
Alisa, you rock. I mean it, that was awesome. Thank you.
Amazing.
This music is so otherworldly that it defies the highest praise.
Ultra brilliant !!!!
OMG!!! ASOMBROSO!!! AMAZING!!!
I love how she plays. How does she do it
That is incredible, at any age !
Beautiful, keep up the good work! :)
Bravo!
👏👏👏
WOWZA!!!!
I´m a big Alisa fan, thats a full concert harp isn´t it? with pedal extensions. Bravo Alisa
She's 9....
👁️👄👁️
I'm 11 and I only just learnt Chicon and Blistering rock like last year ;-;
She's so talented 🥰
Yes, she is! :-) But it was her fourth year of practicing. And for my students it is quite normal to play this piece after 3-4 years of learning harp by my method. You can find more information about my method here: harpschool.de/ and I also give on-line lessons and master courses now. :-)
@@harpvio OooOo wow! I have been playing harp for 5 years now I think, don't k ow how that works, you must be an amazing teacher 😆🤔
@@Anonamai For this boy, for example, it took 5 years to get this level: ruclips.net/video/718fOnw0o5A/видео.html But with this girl: ruclips.net/video/ivGEqjD7vcs/видео.html we have been practicing for just 4 years, and we learn now and will record soon the same piece - A. Hasselmans - Fileuse. :-) It is very important to learn consistently and methodically from the outset. But I am sure that You too can achieve good results if You turn to my method now. :-) Contact me if You would like to get my master course or regular lessons. info@harpschool.de
congratulations
Алиса , умница ! Браво !
CONGRATULATIONS.
I do not want to diminish her extraordinary talent. she is absolutely a prodigy. and she coaxes a magnificent sound from that harp. what I think is distracting is the noise from the pedal extenders. when she does a pedal change it sounds very loudly.
The studio assistant is a complete dork.
A simple double velvet cloth could have solved the problem very efficiently, effectively and quietly.
The lack of professionalism is always lurking around hunting easy preys...
It’s the pedal extenders-shes too short to reach the actual pedals, and the extenders make significantly more sound than the actual pedals.
HOWWWWWW
This is very pretty!
Incroyable 🦄🦜🐠🦋🐚🌸🌹💐🌻🌷⚘🌺🍀
Thank You! :-)
Great audio quality. What microphones and pattern arrangement do you use for this recording?
Ciao sei bravissima, e sei una ragazza stupenda 😘😘😘😘💞💗💗💗💗💗💗💞💞💞💞🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹💗💗😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😍🌹🌹😍😘😘💗💗😘😘😘😘
Thank You very much! :-)
Wow, she is a prodigy
Astonishing! Would be marvellous if done by a grown woman. This girl clearly shows the talent of a natural. Anyone not acknowledging this should do better or stay silent.
💐
Amazing, amazing child, some adult should have taken care of that pedal business,
Boy oh boy. Wait 'til her arms get longer when she's a bit older and she can reach more of those bass strings. Brilliant.
She is a very talented young girl. Such beautiful enchanting player. Please tell me what the pedals do?
The concert harp pedals are used to change the pitch of each string one semitone up (sharp) and down (flat) from the natural sound. The harp has 7 pedals - according to the number of notes in the scale. And each pedal has three positions - middle for naturals, low for sharps and high for flats. :-)
@@harpvio wow, that sounds very complicated. Thanks for answering my question.
a few drops of oil would silence the pedals. that's what oil cans are for. The performance was excellent, maybe she should make sure the pedals are noiseless, by having her own oil can.
Lol you can’t do that with a harp. The oil will damage the wood. And the pedal noises aren’t her fault-anyone with pedal extensions will make that noise, regardless of skill level.
天才!
The reason this sounds good is because they don't put any of the wrong notes on a Harp in the first place.

Amico hai scritto un tema😂
I'm pretty sure she's only playing the primaries and none of the scaling. Seems pretty obvious if you watch her fingers and count the notes.
she is quite musical and passionate with her playing, but like another poster pointed out, the pedaling was quite distracting and took away from the performance. We really did not need a close up shot of the feet. It will be interesting to see her performances when she is older.
+emeraldvenus exactly!
+fitfrenzy, Now Alisa is older (she is 12 years old now) and You can listen to and watch her last recordings on my channel (harpvio).
The pedal noises are not her fault. It is an old Russian harp, and sometimes these harps have many problems, for example: pedal noises...
You misunderstood me. I didn't talk about the pedal noises. As a harpist I like to see a close up shot of a harpist's hands and technique as it is always educational. The pedals are interesting, indeed, but I felt with this particular video, too much time was focused on the pedals, and it pulled away from getting to see her technique. Just personal preference. Believe me, I have played on many older pedal harps that were well used and didn't have the quietest action.
emeraldvenus I can appreciate that. I am just coming from a different angle.
That's child abuse:P
Just because you played only with the ducks in her age it doesn't mean that Alisa is abused, just look at her face.
