egt helps me a lot while in this lockdown big thanks to all coaches. Coach Pls provide a video on how to work on stamina at home. Or exercise for build stamina.. RESPECT and LOVE for egt
The basketball I use is one of those Nike Elite basketballs they feel a little bit heavy for me should I do the shooting drills that u mentioned in ur other video with the Nike Elite ball or should I just not do any type of shooting(that’s the only ball I have).
This is a great move when you’re 6’6” and can shoot over anyone by elevating or fading. For your 5’9” point guard I would recommend picking up your dribble like this, I’m swatting that “stuff.”
Kevin Zhang you’re probably using too much offhand thumb or pushing your shot from lower to compensate and get your shot up with less legs. Practice way closer to the basket (like 4 ft away) and focus on getting your shoulders and elbow correctly lined up (exactly like your normal shot), which should better line up your hands. You have to start close and work your way back. Lastly, do 75 push ups a day to build up your range on your shot (3 sets of 25). Good luck.

Absolutely! Coach Stein has some great videos that you can check out that are geared solely towards work you can do at home with minimal equipment!
