MASSIVE RESPECT for your former career as a Court Clerk - I know having been a Legal Secty that those Court Clerks have to work their tails off with unrelenting stress, repetitive but crucial steps to be done with nary a break, clients having their worst days, being a prisoner at your station, etc. Congratulations on reaching 161/162 - that is a clear WinWin despite how you had to get there. You look the best you have in a long time, despite everything, AND obviously you have grown in inner strength! It shows! So much more confidence, but a peaceful confidence. Kudos on concisely presenting your varied History without lags/rabbit holes! That is a special skill all its own.
Thank you Amanda! And oh my goodness, you described my court life so well, but dang how I miss it! And you a former Legal Secty, no wonder we hit it off so well!! 💐💐
Jenn, so great to see you! I was on a you tube vacation that's why I'm just seeing this. Congrats on your weight management. Has been a difficult road, but you're still standing 😊 Sorry to hear you're having such trouble with your arm and pain. And losing your job is major! How is your daughter doing? Last you mentioned she had lost a significant amount also. Well take care, and I hope your latest surgery helps with your pain. BABY CHICKS...how fun!
Hi Nancy!! 🙋🏼♀️ So great to hear from you!! Thank you for the kind words!! My daughter is doing great with her weight loss too!! Thanks for asking!! 🌻 Happy Easter to you & yours!!🐰✝️🌷
Hi Linda, thank you!! I thought having wls was a big transition in my life, but losing my job and being medically retired at my age has actually been even harder. I’m working on coming to grips with it all though. 🌷🥴
Hi great to see you back! I was just wondering about you last evening. I look forward to your upcoming topics they sound like something we all need to hear about at this time in the world.
New subscriber here. I look forward to the videos about how to stock your pantry for emergency situations after weight loss surgery. I have always kept a well stocked pantry just in case and now with my surgery coming up, I am wondering how I will need to change things.
Hello & welcome! Thank you for that encouragement to work on that video, I’ve got quite a few plates spinning but I think that info would be very helpful!! Good job on having a well stocked pantry for the just in case scenarios, we just never know when we’re going to need it. 👍🏻🌻
Hi Karen !🙋🏼♀️ I use the chocolate collagen powder from Sports Research to make my collagen cocoa! It’s mix a scoop with either hot water or coffee, then a pour of sugarfree flavored syrup from a brand like Torani or Skinny Syrups. I also add a little bit of half & half. It’s low carb & delicious!! 🤗🤗
Good to see you back, always nice to hear concerning your journey 😊
