For anyone curious, my scratched face is from one of my birds using my giant schnoz as a runway and my bandaged hand is too stop me bumping an eczema breakout. No cats or windows were involved 🤣
Haha. I thought my tiels were the only ones spoilt using my nose as a ladder to the top of my head. Happens almost on a daily basis. My forehead is where they start slipping, revving as they climb up, leaving inevitable scratches. So the nose is still intact... For now....))
Oh geesh. Facepalm moment. Why hadn't I ever thought about just copying the kick to a bass note before? Thanks for the revelation! Eurobass II was already pretty awesome and used it quite a bit before getting EZBass. Version III sounds great. I big step forward! Love the ability to force key/strings. Nice!

I've been using Submission Audio's Grove Bass and I love it BECAUSE it has all these features on top of sounding incredible! I like that they've chosen to add these features to the new versions of these plugins. Neural Has adopted the same mentality with their plugins. After releasing the Petrucci with transpose and spread features, they're working those into the rest of the lineup. Man...These plugins are getting SO good! 🤘🏻

Thank you for showing us your process Leon! I have the Grovebass and I couldn't get it to sound this good. Back to the drawing board now.
Getting the articulations dialled in is a lot easier than I initially thought. Worth the effort.
I will have to check this out. I have a very old NI Kontakt Precision Bass plugin that needs something modern.

Just add Izotope ozone and some free Valhalla plugins and you've got release worthy tones setup in minutes.
