The 2 dash camera's from 10:44 to 11:20 were front view and back view, as most of us have front and back dash cameras. They pulled over the scooter person for not wearing a helmet. We have a lot of different unmarked police vehicles. We also have bicycle 🚲 and horse 🐎 police.
The 1st one was because they were stopped in the keep clear area. Keep clear is there for the emergency vehicles to get out in a hurry if they need too. Australian emergency vehicles sirens are very loud you should be able to hear them over your music and with your windows up, also the lights are very bright even in the day time. That wasn't a ambulance, we have police vans over here.
Not just emergency vehicles. A lot of side streets, and driveway access for carparks and shopping centres have keep clean areas as well.
That drive prob got a warning not a ticket id hope otherwise thats BS i know its the rule but they're barely blocking it
That red cop car was a Kia stinger. Queensland highway patrol car.
The car doing a skid on the roundabout at 5:10 is actually a rear wheel drive Aussie Ford Falcon. The mighty AU!
That was clean ngl
By having your music so loud that you can’t hear emergency vehicles you have proven that you are an irresponsible driver.
yellow is an extension of the red not an extension of the green
Please do more of these!!! I love watching you react to the caught by police videos LOLO
We have green yellow and red. The one you said was, “on the line,” was at fault. The yellow is a warning that the red is imminent, so the guy shouldn’t have pushed it to go on the red.
Not yellow mate, it's amber
That ain't no intersection it says "KEEP CLEAR"
The rule in Australia is that unless your car has almost already passed by the time it hits yellow, you stop. The yellow doesn't last long over here.
Green is go orange is stop if safe to do so and red is stop here in Australia
01:20 U-turns are illegal at traffic lights unless there is a sign allowing you to do so (uncommon) EXCEPT in Victoria where it's the reverse. Even there U-turners must give way to other traffic (slip roads etc).
Edit: this was Queensland so not legal.
06:05 If you look further up the road you'll see a silver SUV making an illegal U-turn over unbroken lines.
Green= go Yellow= prepare to stop & of course Red = you better be stopped
Running a yellow without attempting to stop is the same as running a red
Dashcam Australia are awesome 😊 their monthly videos are often highly entertaining and terrifying to see the crazy stuff people do on the roads in this country 😅
Great to see the police are keeping people safe, and idiots aware! 😊👍
you mean 80km per hour
Christmas pudding is sweet dried-fruit pudding traditionally served as part of Christmas dinner in Britain and other countries to which the tradition has been exported.
1:28 at the driveway to every emergency service station, police fire and ambulance is called a keep clear zone. So if they need to leave the station under lights and sirens they don’t get blocked by vehicles and can easily get around them. 3:29 guy turns right at traffic light from lane going straight. 4:43 vehicle turning right at lights next too police van does illegal u-turn and police go after them. 6:04 vehicle coming out of parking spot does illegal u-turn over double lines. 7:52 car crossed unbroken line and was pulled over by unmarked police car. 10:31 car in far left lane went through red light when right turning lane light went green. 10:46 Toyota coming out of side street did not give way and cut of car. 11:26 car didn’t slow down coming to light and went through red light. 12:23 car speeding passed a motorcycle cop sitting on side of road. 14:36 car in far right lane going straight turns left cutting off police car. 15:39 cops motorcycle parked in side street. 16:09 cops going after guy riding Moped on sidewalk 17:00 bus runs red light turning left.
Cops on a skate board, now that I haven't seen. 😂 But they do have all kinds of vehicles over here.
Christmas pudding is very famous in the UK and Australia. You’ll have to google it as it’s difficult to explain but I know you don’t have it in the US. It’s basically like a moist fruit cake served hot with custard at Christmas time.
Police sometimes use unmarked police cars with their lights hidden inside the vehicle. Sometimes they use parked SUVs as temporary speed cameras, where they put the equipment obfuscated behind the rear windscreen in a similar fashon to the lights.
Especially in NSW, sometimes they use vans and motorbikes, depending on the occasion. They will also use modified utility vehicles instead of vans or armoured sedans to hold offenders - they are called "divvy vans".
For going through a red light, once it turns red you must be over the line on the other side of the lights, if you aren't then you'll get pulled over or camera flashed.. Your exit point of the lights square.
Look at this mate,,,,,,,,TUG OF WAR VS A TANK!!! (100+ PEOPLE
You get busted on orange /yellow around $1000 4 to 6 point on your licence
Same large penalty for not stopping for emergency vechiles
Also alot of cop cars have radar mounted to roof and pick you up before you see them and camera that scans number plates and tells them if registered or owner has a warrant for arrest even if they have a licence
As well they drive many different types of unmarked police vechiles they're the once you seeing
Heaps of cops on bikes normally looking to see not wearing seat belts or on mobile phones as they ride between traffic
"Cops on a skate board" bahahahaha love it.
BTW in Australia not only is it against the law to go through a red light but also an amber light, so if you just make the red, you are still breaking the law, it's a really shit law, but it's real, and it catches everyone.
(If you just make the amber light you are usually always fine.)
Spent 2 months in darwin and the first night i went out there were cops riding horses down the main street 🤣 coolest shit ever
By the way, thumbnail is hilarious love it.
In the 1st clip, at the entrance/exit of the police station, painted on the road KEEP CLEAR, it's an offence to block it.
In Australia amber is illegal to go through
Indeed, you must stop unless it's unsafe to do so.
80km/h which is about 60. Smart motorway controls such as variable speed limits.
Yellow means stop if safe to do so. The length depends on factor such as speed limit.
cops DO ride horses here too lol.... ill suggest the skateboards for beach towns lol xxx
Australians, we all break the traffic laws and get excited when the other guy gets booked for breaking the law
A lot of cops here have BMW now lol
I know this is old and I’m late 9:40 is Queenslands Highway Patrol Kia Stinger GT in that lovely red, fast things.
Mate it's 80kph not 80mph
Where we at ? Newcastle NSW
In Denmark yellow means slow down and prepare to stop… or from red to yellow prepare to go…
The thing with red lights is here orange means prepare to stop. These runners aren't.
14:00 they also got done via the red light traffic camera
U seem surprised when cars pull over for the coppers to get the offending driver. Just like with Ambo's & Firies, all vehicles must pull to the side when an emergency vehicle is behind them with lights & sirens or just lights coz if the traffic isn't really that heavy they'll just use lights with no sirens
yellow means stop if safe to do so, so if you got big truck behind close its prob not safe to stop so you continue. way to deal with lights, you have point of no return by meaning of that there a point you can stop safe but quick but after that point what ever lights do so change to yellow you past that point so you go though. green light cross junction moving of green means go if safe, getting to a green light its best to get of gas more danger less speed and be ready and able to stop if need be. you can always tell if car/truck/bus/bike approaching a junction too fast or faster than normal so defense driving high chance they not stopping or unable to stop in distance so reduce a little speed coming up to a green light gives you time to look left right and make sure the green is safe. most deaths i here on usa roads are at 4 way traffic lights so treat lights how i do plus also be very aware whats all around you then chance being in a crash i lot less likely
Never mind the police car watch for the red light camera
1:25 Did you not notice the 'KEEP CLEAR" on the road the driver ignored? Thats why the police pulled them over. There are area's on the roads near lights like that people need to leave open so drivers coming out can make right turns. This person broke it at a place its used for police cars and people leaving the police station. Very dumb. Must not have lived in the area.
It's Newcastle nsw
I hate to tell you but Amberlight means stop just as much as red lights do. Only green lights mean go. If you have time to stop on Amber you need to buy law. You can’t race an Amberlight just like you can’t race a red light. And it is the same in America.
yep intercstion cops can be petty
The smoke billowing out from the back of the cars you said you want to check out more about, that's called a burnout. Australia holds the world record for it, at Summernats 2019. Video of it here: ruclips.net/video/SH52y46P0Yg/видео.html
On the thumbnail, the Police Officer's uniform isn't our Police Force's uniform... If you say, "American reacts to Aussie Police", you have to actually get an Australian Police Officer image with the full uniform and then put that in the thumbnail. If you have the word "Australian" in the react video title, that clearly means you have to actually put an Aussie Copper on the thumbnail. Using an American Cop for an Aussie Police thing just isn't right. (Please, please don't take any offence by this)
the sort of people that would send in dash cam footage are the sort of people that would be dobbers (snitches) i think it's fair enough saying sucked in if they were driving like an a-hole but a lot of these people get off on it way more than normal.
That is a Kia Stinger Twin Turbo, the Nissan GTR Killer.
14.06 was also a red light camera watch for the reflection on the sign posts just past the traffic lights.
Queensland police are often very lazy but not NSW and Victoria.
