    Very good advice Mark. I always enjoy your wellness videos. It is a good discipline for me to listen carefully to what you say and think about it. I have even tried some of your ideas. I am fortunate that I have very few wellness issues, but there are times when life comes around to mess up your perfect world! Cheers

      Prevention is far better than cure. Taking care of ourselves is by far the best when we are perfectly well. This is always the best time. I call it practicing on blue sky days. Storms in life do come then we can hopefully have enough in the bank.

    The hand sawing technique is good, I often find when I listen to the sawing rhythm it sounds like a phrase being spoken over & over again, maybe it’s just me 😂🤪.
