    many Russians have started moving east. Taşucu has become a Russian town in the span of a single year

    I live in ankara. I own a house, I have four kids and a simple lifestyle without travelling costs us $800.

    I’m Turkish living in Newyork I constantly work everyday never stopped working since I came in here.
    I own a house living in private village my taxes are $16.000 a year my mortgage is $3400 a month with utilities over $4000 a month money just flies out of your hand never enough it’s absolutely ridiculous amount of spending we have here.

    Government suppresses the FX rate, which makes lira extremely over valued. 1 USD should be 25-27lira but thanks to government's craziness it is at 18.6. It is coming to an end, so everything will get more affordable for expats
