i think my best advice is to take things one step at a time. is there any way you can break up the project into smaller pieces? that will be a lot easier motivation wise since instead of one massive thing, you can tackle it as smaller pieces! maybe do like only the NW corner of the terraforming first, then do the NE corner, then so on and so forth. and in between each goal you could do something else to switch it up a bit!
