Good job Boo! That track looked more like I-85 during a traffic jam. Good luck at Martinsville!! Almost forgot, we are having burgers on the grill and home made french fries!
Great to meet you during the autograph session. Sorry it wasn’t the result you wanted. Hope they run you guys more next year. Eating fish sticks, cheese rice and baked beans.
Was awesome to see you race for the first time. Hate that you didn't finish but gotta say you put on a show when you were out there. Can't wait till next time at the Anderson Motor speedway.
Boo, do you know what Gresham Motorsports Park will be now that it sold? I guess the sale went through. I heard it was not going to be used as a racetrack. That sucks, I loved that place! I saw every race that was run there.
That was a good run I know it feels to have a DNF. I can help you though with running better. I learned its all about rear end gearing. I noticed you were barely turning 6k rpm and i noticed that by the motor sound and then noticed the tac. I ran 6800 at OCS and never once had to use the brake. If you tell me the size track, motor that you run and lap times also 3 or 4 speed and the gear you run now I can tell you a gear to run that will improve your lap times at that track. The motor will have to handle upwards to 7k in the straights and it will top out about 3/4 the way down the straight then when you let off no brake will be needed the rear end gear will hold it back and then you can walk away out of the turn. Momentum is everything also less heat in the rotors is that much extra less the car has to fight and it doesn't hurt the motor cause 35 lap runs not enough to hurt even with 50 lap runs not enough to even matter. Let me know what you think.
One of my favorite RUclips channels.
