Each Loudspeaker Part-Wilson Audio's "Excellence in All Things" Explored (January 2024)

Wilson Audio was founded in 1974 by David and Sheryl Lee Wilson, so this year marks its 50th anniversary. From its humble beginnings as a garage-type operation in California, Wilson Audio has grown into a 60-employee powerhouse, with a 46,000-square-foot factory in Provo, Utah. Today, David and Sheryl Lee’s son Daryl Wilson is the firm’s CEO, who is focusing on maintaining the traditions that have made the company a success, but also pushing the company forward to adapt to a modern age. In this video, which was shot at the Provo facility, Daryl and COO Korbin Vaughn describe the “excellence in all things” mantra that has been embedded into Wilson Audio since it was founded and provides the guidance for every product designed and made.

I really enjoyed this shoot. It's been about 12 or 14 years since I was previously there, but this time I not only saw expansion (when from around 40 to 60 people), but also a real vibe of excitement with so many photos on the walls, other items around, etc. It was fun. And I'm really happy how well this video turned out.

and then you can have a open baffle single driver 8-12-incher with a pair of tubus titanium cabinet subwoofers, DIY for 5% of the retail price of wilsons and have actually better sound

@@silviosarunic6709 been building for 30 years so actually yes i do. Been a hifi nerd for 40+ years. Of course you can build with other drivers, but when you are at the very top of hi-end and also your prices are its a total unproffessional thing to do.
