- Question (summarized): You teach us how to move energy out of the first center and up, but what about releasing it out of the first center, "the other way"?
Recorded at the Berlin Week Long Advanced Retreat in May 2018.
I am a pelvic floor physical therapist, hypnotist, NLP practitioner , yoga therapist, and Tantra practitioner and teach sacred sexuality as I was raised catholic and had sexual trauma w lots of shame and guilt … I appreciate Dr Joe teaching meditations that mimic tantric practices and bringing this to the mainstream. It works bc we work… we are so powerful!!! When we have a healthy relationship of sex, soul, and mindset of love… wow!!! The magic that arises!

That was a brilliant talk! i was a bit afraid of all the sex talk but it was so empowering actually becuase ive always felt sex isnt something that should as praised as much as it is in society and hearing it coming from joe is just so reassuring. I love the point he made when he said 'there might come a point where they have so much love in their hearts and that might be where they wanna keep it, and thats okay.'
Don't get me wrong that doesn't mean i don't ever want to do it lol but i don't want it to be what my future relationship is built upon. And i don't want to be pressured by society to make that decision so fast just because most people do it early on in their relationships.

what the guy is asking is really about top-down kundalini activation/awakening, which can be done. dispenza's method is really a traditional kundalini activation/awakening. he just doesn't wanna use the words kundalini and chakra coz they can be polarizing. he uses the term energy center but it's really just chakras.
A Top-Down awakening in simple terms means that your crown and third eye chakras are open and that you have quite a bit of energy surrounding your head and shoulders. Basically, you are receiving input from the heaven/sky but not the earth. Due to genetics, spiritual pursuits, or other reasons you have opened yourself to the divine, to spirit, and to the different and hidden layers of realty. It is fairly easy actually to open to spirit and to begin to be more connected to spiritual matters.
Many people end up with this type of awakening because they became interested in spiritual pursuits, started attending classies, doing drugs, reading literature, and finding gurus and other teachers who show them how to seek outside of themselves. Others begin life with a top-down awakening due to family history of psychic abilities or previous life abilities carried forward into this life.
The issue with this type of awakening is that it is not grounded in anything. It is not required to do much personal work or to open your first three chakras to have this type of awakening. The person experiencing this type of awakening begins to separate from this earth, this reality. They often will claim to not want to be here, or to originate from elsewhere. This very much may be true, but a recognition of the human body, the body that you are carrying this lifetime, and a desire to be grounded and do personal work which is often quite difficult is necessary for a full awakening or to come to a state of balance if you are experiencing this type of awakening.

The only danger I see is by awakening higher energy is that it can fortify and strength the same wheel of " I " or " ego " unless you have observed that the " I " is the first person singular pronoun into the core! It is ( " i " ) created by the knowledge and set there to self pilot mode of survival.

I would definitely want to be a healer but there's no way I can pay for the course I had head injuries when I was chilled and once I got hit by the car so badly that it gave me a lifetime pains in my right side of the body I feel the pain in my sleep too.. dr Joe is doing great job I respect him.
The meditation of his where you connect to the quantum field is where you can heal everything traumatic brain injuries and level 4 terminal cancers with 2 months to live as well. He healed his broken spine and was told he’d never walk again yet he walked out of the hospital 2 months later. Your brain is more powerful than you know, it creates this entire world, it can heal you’re body and lengthen your life.
Thanks Dr.Joe most valuable information specifically for the younger generation. Misconception about sex life is in the human mind and it is unconsciously trapped in the physical body. Unless and until ,it is brought to the field of conscious awareness, it could be the union of sophisticated machinery , ultimately the universal energy is wasted in vain.

I’m going to use his explanation to talk to my daughter about sex when she’s old enough. This resonates with me.
I agree Amy. My thoughts began to think of my children in all of this understanding..I also wanted to share something I onced heard another mother say..It is never to early to give education on sex to our children. So many people (not everyone), but many, were brought up thinking it was a shamful topic to discuss so openly. And so many childen have been, and still are being hurt all around the world..No one talked to these children on this topic most likely, they dont have the understanding, and many blame theirselfs. Sex is a very beautiful act, but we all know there is a dark side. We have the opportunity to educate our children as early as babies, it is as simple as letting them understand the body parts first. Letting them touch and know what each part is and accociate the healthy feeling with it. It is the same as us teaching them all of their other body parts, ears, nose, eyes ect... So for us parents to not leave out the other body parts, so they dont ever think their is something wrong with those areas. I really respected her advice and just felt I could share that point of view.

Maybe its good that its little embarassing topic, because its energy, that should be used in special moments.....Maybe the energy doesnt want to be spread so often, people have other things to focus on....But it seems like intimacy and sex are two different things....like talking of intimate things is something different that just the of sex. Sex may have many forms, but intimacy is more about feelings, even if people dint have sex and just share some love letters or eat from same dish first months. Maybe the intimacy is most innocent thing, most important thing than sex itself. THe person may work for a week in other side of the world but they may share together nice conversations.
@@gingerjordan maybe better to talk for example about kiss or love letters...to understand the meaning of the energy....because its starts with idea, or thought it doesnt start with sexual organs....if they will understand the meaning of kiss or love letters or holding hands, or the gentle intimacy....3 months later they may educate with the other stuff. I just made love to love of my life and I felt a surge from my heart and felt that surge go all of the way down to my second center and through to my 1st center and when we experienced that passion exploding together we were both energized and stayed awake in a perfect cuddle moment that lasted all morning and we didn't sleep, we were just alive together.. then all of a sudden it was time to wake up and we felt ready to get the day started.. it was a transcending moment that lasted... if that makes sense?
