Can't say he is the most famous sportsmen though, John Stockton it considered greater on the all time list for most people than Ryne Sanderberg in basketball. Also I have an autograph I personally got from another sports figure from my city, Mark Rypien, the MVP QB from the last time the Redskins won the Superbowl.
