जाने दीजिये दादा, सब whisky distillery मे ही भरी जाती हैं, अलग अलग राज्यों मे अलग अलग पानी है, जमीन के नीचे का और canals, rivers ka भी, उसी पानी से टेस्ट बदलता है, आर्मी कैंटीन मे तो, bulk मे liquor jaati ह. वहां सेटिंग कर के low quality की whisky भेजते हैं, हा परन्तु मन को जनता के लगता है आर्मी कैंटीन की है तो बहुत अच्छी है, Dada aap को पत्ता है, फिर भी पत्ता नहीं, लोगों को झूठ क्यों परोस रहे हैं
