    Well done. The only thing missing is character movement. I create a lot in Pika and I know it is difficult.
    Do you increase the resolution of the images before uploading to Runwayml? I use Topaz.
    Distortion can be corrected, but it takes a lot of work because you have to remove individual frames of the video in the editing program. I am waiting for Sora.

    • @TokenizedAI
      @TokenizedAI  7 месяцев назад

      Speed of movement is the primary thing that annoys me. Especially because you can really fix it by speeding up clips. The movement just looks too fast then or other characters in the clips are moving at an entirely different pace.
      I don't upscale before Runway, mainly because it would literally double or triple the amount of time spent on the clip. We're really not at the point where I'm keen on obsessing over details. Let's face it, these are all just "concept" trailers, so we might as well treat them as such.
      If I were working on a passion project, then it might be different. But I'm looking at this from the perspective of a business opportunity for many people out there. Right now, having a trailer like this is an advantage for anyone who is looking to pitch a story/movie. Especially if the story is really good. Mine honestly wasn't 🤣

    Hi Chris I have one major question: how to use the negative prompts in MJ v6? The "--no" structure seems no longer fits.

  • @TheDocPixel
    @TheDocPixel 7 месяцев назад +1

    Storytelling.
    Exactly. That is going to be the main theme (if it wasn't already) going forward. Within the year everyone will have the tools to create a film, just as they do to create a photograph or "art". But it will be the story PLUS the creative vision to tell it in a compelling way that will rise to the top.
    Good job on the pitch. Make it.

  • @iamjohnbuckley

    Stellar work, Christian, navigating AI video's limitations and Eleven Labs' voice's lack of nuance. Runway's animation tech does feel aged in the light of Sora, but it's the best we have (this week). 🤣 Your MJ creations are exceptional, showcasing truly original prompts. We're still in the early stages of this tech, akin to the NES era in consoles, but you're consistently pushing the boundaries of both your craft and the tech. 👍

    • @TokenizedAI
      @TokenizedAI  7 месяцев назад

      Yeah, I figured that with what people saw from Sora that they might feel that anything Runway produces is bad 😂
      I think the key here is not to take it at face value but instead look at the progression versus 12 months ago.

  • @huchmow
    @huchmow 7 месяцев назад +1

    Hi! I just tried doing something similar and failed, haha. So, first of all: congrats on finishing it! I used a similar approach and the exact same tools (scenarios with ChatGPT-4, then MJ + Runway unlimited). The result is that I have many very nice clips, but something's missing. My characters were not consistent enough, my ideas evolved too much between the initial concepts and the creation process, and the final result isn't coherent enough to be presentable.
    So, when you said 'First of all, it's not easy at all,' you made my day!
    I've actually had some pretty good action scene generations with Runway. It's still very random, but if you combine camera movement, layers, and prompts (and a lot of tries), you sometimes get results better than your best expectations. Sometimes, even just setting general movement to 10 gives stunning results.
    I hope I'll be able to show all this in the near future. In the meantime, well done!

    Half of the sentences don't make syntactical sense, Most of the scenes have bizarre reality-breaking stuff in them. Most importantly, it's literally about nothing. It's a montage of messed up taglines and uncanny approximations of the Hollywood movies it was trained on.

      I must admit, it's a bit frustrating because just when you think you've figured something out....the next big leap shows up and blows everything out of the water. It's exhausting because everyone immediately adjusts their expectations upwards, as if it was the current standard.
      Who knows when we'll get access to SORA...if we ever do.

    Hey Everyone,
    First of all, hats off to Chris and the team for the incredible amount of time and effort spent on this AI trailer. The attention to detail is awe-inspiring, and I must say, the cinematic color and sound are absolutely stunning! It's amazing to see the power of AI in action, and we're only scratching the surface of its potential.
    Imagine the time and skill it would have taken to create something like this before AI - it's mind-blowing. This trailer showcases just how far technology has come and what it can achieve.
    However, I believe the trailer could have been more mysterious and shorter. This felt almost like a summary of the film rather than a teaser to spark curiosity. A bit more intrigue would keep the audience on the edge of their seats.
    I'm definitely looking forward to creating my own trailers and exploring this technology further. What do you think about the potential of AI in creative projects? How do you see it evolving in the future?
    Let's keep pushing the boundaries and see where this incredible journey takes us!

    Nice work Christian but as you said storytelling is the clue. No AI can write good scripts. Chat gpt for that is just a bunch of theory without taste. As my teacher said: scipt is the skeleton and fundation for every story. Wanna change AI knowledge with scriptwriting classes?😝(joking but no joking) I saw to late that Runway context. Maybe next year. Good luck in that contest🍀

    • @TokenizedAI

      I actually sped up a lot of the clips. You just can't see because the originals were so slow.
      You can't speed them up to make them look natural because very often, not all of the objects in the clips move at the same speed. Speeding up actually makes many of them worse.
