Today we will make the other version of special biko, the Biko Ube. It is made of Ube condensed milk (flavored). This is cook over low fire and you should stir it continuously until the consistency is thick. Then cut into small square and add latik on top for topping.

2 pack of Mama gata
1 cup brown sugar (more if preferred)
3 cup of glutinous rice
1 can jersey condence milk ube flavor (more if preferred)
