nice. thanks. how long did you ferment your kefir before removing grains and hanging? also, for those of us with blood sugar issues, removing the whey is very important as it spikes blood sugar. if it weren't for being able to make cheese i would not be able to consume my kefir. ty.
@@jeannewilliams7830 Hi Jeanne, thanks for watching. It doesn’t last long. Just 2 or 3 days, maybe longer. You’ll be able to tell when it’s past its best as it starts so get a bit funky smelling.
This would be good in stuffed mushrooms, I will try it soon! For the first time I'm making Kefir cheese and I've got it hanging from my kitchen cupboard. Thank you for sharing !!
Very interesting! Thank you for sharing! I just bought my wife a cheese press for Christmas and we are both excited to start learning. (I’m excited to start taste testing! LOL)
Thank you! I’d love to hear how you get along with your cheese press......I really need to pluck up the courage and use mine again. Soft cheeses are much easier to start with though.
Delicious ❤
Thank you for your presentation going to try this today.
Thank you so much for sharing 👍🙏

How did you save the kefir grains?
Well done, thanks!
Great. From Hartlepool I'll give it a go. 👍
Hi Fred ! 🤗
Yea but how do you make it into a harder cheese that you can melt onto things?
Hi I like your Irish accent or brogue but I am going to try and make a Keifer hard cheese, thanks for your video.
Thanks for watching! Good luck with your cheese making. ( I’m Geordie, not Irish 😉)

Hi there! Thanks for subscribing.......cheese is life!😂
Looks like cottage cheese is it mild or strong 🧀
In texture it’s more like cream cheese and it is quite mild but with a bit of a tang. Thanks for watching!
