My company has obtained EPFO Registration number at the time of its incorporation though the employment strength has not reached the threshold limit of 20 for applicability of the EPF & MP Act 1952. I understand that my company has to start compliance under the Act once the employment strength reaches 20. I also understand that in case my company does not start the compliance even after reaching the threshold limit of employment EPFO may take appropriate action under the Act on receipt of any complaint or information from members or any third party.

Sir, mere naam se ek OPC company registration hua tha. Two years back. Magar wo company runing me nahi hai aur na mere paas ek bhi employee hai shuru se hi. Ab achanak mere paas ESIC se anshadaan karne ke liye letter aaya hai. Nahi to chalan katega ya penalty lagegi.. sir plz guide kare because me bahut pareshan ho gya hoo aur balki me to ye company hi close karna chahta hoon. Kripya mujhe guide kare... Thankyou sir

Sir company ka registration 20.01.2023 ko hua hai, or abhi tak clarification bhi Diya nahi,
notice February 2024 main aya hai...
To iss case main kya karna padega??
