The 4 different animes that this fic crossed together was: Naruto (obviously), Gate, Mushoku Tensei, and Monster Musume; the last anime being where both Cathyl and Tionishia happens to come from.
Not to forget that there was also mention of Freya, that knight girl that snapped and went psycho on a Goblin, being a Nord, so there is apparently just a bit of Elder Scrolls mixed in there as well besides just COD and Rainbow Six it seems.

What ifs:
- Piccolo isekais to Warcraft after killing Goku and Raditz. The moment he was about to kidnap and train Gohan. Becoming Warchief of the Horde upon slaughtering Blackhand before Doomhammer does.
- Riser Phenex after becoming matured, humbled, and more redeemable since being defeated by Issei... Tries to survive in the One Punch Universe as he is stranded there.
- King Cold had settled down as a humble demon lord in an unknown fantasy world during his retirement shortly before the destruction of Planet Vegeta. His fun was interrupted upon hearing that happened to Frieza in Namek.
- Doflamingo never left the Holy Land as a kid as he stayed behind with his cousin Mjosgard. Remaining as a world noble and took the time to trained with Haki with Figarland Garling as a mentor. As he became the first paladin among the Knights of Mary Geoise, Doflamingo finds himself summoned in another world and meets Clayman.
- Tanya Degurechaff was not a salaryman, but Horus after the Heresy.

Not necessarily Demon King Tanjiro, but just human Tanjiro.
I can see the dude completely losing his damned mind from all the super hot demon, angel, fallen angel, yokai and other supernatural girls potentially flirting with and maybe even throwing themselves at him.
Especially with girls like Akeno and Kuroka who can be super seductive, giant teases, and who may push their boundaries right to their breaking points, and who might also not take "No." for an acceptable answer when they make a pass at him while actually looking to "get lucky" (Kuroka).
Even if dude doesn't lose his mind he is seriously going to be so screwed, in possibly the most unpleasant and/or equally pleasant of ways and he just might accidentally find out the meaning of "death by snu snu" in the process.
Good lord that fic would be absolutely hilarious... 😏

I sometimes don't understand why some writers choose to take an established character and remove core aspects of that character to the point they're unrecognizable. Like, it's not Naruto as a character, nor does he have the abilities of Naruto. In some fan fiction works, Naruto might have a personality difference due to an alt history sort of deal or they might have different abilities based on changed circumstances or realities. But having neither of what makes Naruto an appealing character to write about is just strange. It's like saying we're gonna watch a Spiderman movie and then we watch the dark knight.
