Love your videos, Will! Long-time listener/student here. Your content and books "How to Sell" and "How to Stay Organized" have helped me tremendously.

Greetings from Eastern Europe. You were absolutely right when you said that "You can spot a war before it start". I knew that the war in Ukraine was imminent from 2014. I remember a lot of guys were advertising Ukraine like it is developing country, women are traditional and attractive, you can make it there and I was like that is ludicrous. Because it is one of the most corrupt countries in the world, with a civil war going on, and a full scale war can start at any moment. And we all know what happened. But also, Stay away from Moldova, Belarus, Georgia, Armenia, Bosnia, North Macedonia and Serbia (Kosovo) because war can spread there very easy. These are all beautiful countries with great people, go there as a tourist but to invest there is highly risky.

Love the direction of your content now, Will. Always a great day when you drop a new video.
Thanks for introducing the concept of foreign real estate ownership. Something I'll be moving into in 2024.
    Much love from Toronto.

If you memorize your private key, your BTC can't be captured from you. Not to mention if you're using multi-sig technology to need 2/3, 3/5 keys etc. Agree with you on the attack vectors of keeping it on an exchange as well as the custodial/centralization issues that come alongside gold.
