The BABOK refers to activities but fails to define an activity in the glossary. What is their definition of this? As I understand an activity could be conducting an interview which in turn is also a technique, or it could be maintaining requirements etc. Can anyone provide more detail?
The term "activity" is not defined in the BABOK as anything other than what it would normally mean i.e. "doing something". So I would take it as a general term used to described doing either a Task or apply a Technique.
Hi Tobi - No, not really. Some larger companies will have templates that they developed internally to standardise how it is done for them but there is no universal one. I recommend you find out if/how it is done by other BAs in your company and perhaps make it even better :) with yours.
I don't think so but I am not a 100% sure. I suggest you check the IIBA.org website and look at the example ECBA exam questions there. Perhaps they will confirm this.
Very good presentation of the topic.
Thank you Sam!
Thank you for this video! It's very helpful
My pleasure, so glad it helps.
What is the deliverable of the BA on the business analysis planning approach?
It is often a business analysis plan or approach document that outlines how the business analysis work will be completed on a project.
Thanks for sharing its very useful
Big pleasure!

Is there a standard way for the BA to document the outputs of the BA Panning and Monitoring?

Is it mandatory to memorise the input/output diagram for ecb exam?
I don't think so but I am not a 100% sure. I suggest you check the IIBA.org website and look at the example ECBA exam questions there. Perhaps they will confirm this.
No, I don't believe they will ask input/outputs for ECBA level. It is good to try and understand it though, it might help you answer other questions.
