Honestly Emperor Palpatine (lightsaber one) is one of the harder characters to play. His health and stamina are fine but his abilities are too force related that it kinda just hurts you more than help you. In my opinion all characters with lightsabers need at least 1 "physical" ability like a dash or saber throw to kinda keep it.. idk balanced. (I know Emperor Palpatine has a dash but it recharges so slowly D:)
