Depends on what you want to do honestly, scats have more than enough power to have fun on the street. I wouldn’t go higher trims to start off. Scats and cats are both SRT made and the old 6.1 hemi, they just have different levels of power and respond differently to modifications and boost. At the end of the day it’s whatever is fun to you, your money your enjoyment.

Get a hellcat, scat packs not a fan of. The hellcats have like 700 hp
scat pack is 6.4 500hp all motor, hellcat is 700hp 6.2 supercharged.
But if u have no driving experience I wouldn’t recommend u get a hellcat
