Isn't there a pair of bolts missing (for example @24:00) near the 3rd valve set? I mean there are 4 pairs of black bolts but only 3 pairs of "silver" ones (while the holes are there).
hi may I know how you adjust timing chain and TDC? For example, which one do first? and after doing one of them, how to make sure when I turn to the right TDC, chain is okay? I've been reading manual and watching video but can't figure it out.. Thank you!!
Hi, in this engine the timing pulleys are "fixed", the so-called wedge, so set them on the marks that are on the wheels. The timing chain has links in other colors. please let me know if I understand the question correctly?

I mean 1. should TDC been set up before the timing chain? 2. or, when fully setting the engine chain timing and start turning it to get the right TDC, this moment, we have to have both TDC and timing on the right spot? Cause when I was watching your video, I saw you put a stick in it and turned the shaft to get the highest point (TDC right?). @@wilsonwei9604 1. set the piston a little before tdc so that there is no collision when setting the shafts. we set the shafts so that the characters are \ / to the plane of the head as in the video. then we put the shaft in tdc and the chain can be set up. 2. I did not understand the question. after setting the timing gear on the markers, point 1, tighten it with the tensioner, then make a few turns and set the tdc with a stick to check if the original position camshaft of the is exactly in place as in point 1.

there is no factory thread in the engine block at this point. but a big plus for attention
