It was really nice! I heard that it can start getting rainy in April, but honestly, during my entire month in Portugal (working my way north to south), I only experienced a few days of rain. I got super lucky! Temperature-wise, some days were a bit chilly, but on other days I felt comfortable in jeans and a short sleeve. Definitely bring a jacket, but you may or may not need it. I definitely want to come back to Porto in the spring. Such a lovely time!
